ACCU-CHEK^® Pocket Compass Software with Bolus Calculator Software Updates

Palm has released a software update designed to resolve an issue with the transmittal of some types of data over the IR port on Treo 650 devices. Once installed, applications and accessories using this data, such as the ACCU-CHEK Pocket Compass software with bolus calculator will function correctly.

To determine the version of software you have, follow these steps.

Step 1:

First turn on the phone by pressing the green phone button on the front of the phone.

Step 2:

Next, press the Options button, or tap in the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 3:

Tap the word Options, and scroll down to Phone Info, or simply press 1.

Step 4:

The Palm software version is listed next to "Software:" near the bottom of the screen, as shown.

If you see any of the following Software version numbers, then visit the Palm website listed below to download the correct update.

IMPORTANT: Please read and follow the directions on the Palm website closely. Downloading the incorrect update may cause you to have to hard reset your phone.
